About the Role
Arkansas - Production Intern
Reports To: Area Manager
Direct Reports: N/A
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Overview:
The Production Intern will assist the Area Managers with their daily responsibilities. This can include TCM, developing training resources, etc. They will complete one project they choose with the assistance of the Area Managers. The project will consist of a final report out to the NSA-Arkansas management team.

Working Conditions: Production environment with constant background noise and fast paced.

- Assist Area Managers with daily reporting
- Help develop training resources for Area Managers
- Other duties as assigned
- Develop managerial skills working with Area Managers
- Help move work on the production floor
- Other duties as assigned
- Manufacturing experience
- Operations Management or Industrial Engineering background
- Overall GPA 3.0 or better
- Project management
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work well independently as well as with a team
