About the Role
<p>Compostu conçoit des composteurs autonomes et des balances de suivi d’émissions pour aider la restauration à valoriser ses biodéchets. Notre plateforme (site web + outils de suivi) évolue vite : nous cherchons une personne capable de livrer des améliorations full-stack et d’aider sur les implémentations client, dans un cadre de grande autonomie.</p> <p><strong>Ta mission</strong></p> <p>Prendre en charge des sujets <strong>de bout en bout</strong> : cadrer, proposer une solution, développer, déployer et documenter. Tu seras accompagné·e par le fondateur et la/le tech lead, mais l’objectif est que tu puisses avancer en lead sur tes chantiers et assurer la continuité front/back.</p> <h2 id="vos-missions">Vos missions</h2> <p>Missions (3 piliers)</p> <ol> <li>Amélioration continue du site web</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Faire évoluer le site (pages, formulaires, performance, SEO de base, tracking).</li> <li>Corriger bugs et améliorer l’expérience (UI, accessibilité, responsive).</li> </ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Solution de suivi (dashboard + API)</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Développer des fonctionnalités côté <strong>front</strong> (React) : tableaux, filtres, historiques, exports.</li> <li>Développer/maintenir des <strong>API</strong> (REST) et la <strong>base de données</strong> (SQL) pour les indicateurs.</li> <li>Assurer une qualité “pragmatique” : tests essentiels, logs, doc courte.</li> </ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Implémentations client (onboarding technique)</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Paramétrer la plateforme pour de nouveaux sites/client·e·s (comptes, rôles, configurations).</li> <li>Aider aux intégrations : imports/exports, webhooks, scripts, petites automatisations.</li> <li><strong>Bonus ERP</strong> : contribuer à des connexions avec des ERP (ex.
