  • Partner with client teams to help deliver workshops, meetings and project activities, gaining real‑world consulting experience.
  • Learn how Consulting services are delivered by supporting engagement reviews across various service lines.
  • Contribute to risk management and governance processes, including capturing key insights and supporting decision‑making.
  • Support the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, helping shape work programmes and project milestones.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand what great consulting looks like in practice.
  • Get involved in business development by supporting proposals and attending networking events to build your professional network.

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Level 7 equivalent in Business, Commerce, Management, International Business, Accounting, Global Studies, Supply Chain & Operations, Law or Engineering, with strong academic performance.
  • Bring a collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues across the team.
  • Approach complex challenges with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused attitude.
  • Build trusted and respected relationships with clients through credibility and professionalism.
