LOCATION

 

Apprenticeship at the headquarters in Evron.

 

YOUR MISSIONS

 

You report to the Group Technology Expertise Center, Packaging Division, whose main responsibilities are:

  • Guaranteeing group guidelines: defining good manufacturing practices at the technological level and their application,
  • Building the vision for technological barrier and improvement projects,
  • Providing expert support to development teams and group support departments.


Your mission is to strengthen the structure with regard to:

  • Defining, implementing, and testing measurement qualification methods for packaging with our Group Laboratories.
  • Managing the formalization, updates, and alignment of control methods between suppliers/BEL laboratories/external service providers/quality lab entities at our plants.
  • In this context, the role is a cross-functional one, working with industrial entities and key departments (production sites, laboratories, quality, etc.). You will be responsible for:

Developing new packaging qualification methods:

• Defining, testing, and training new measurement-based packaging control methods
• Consolidating packaging qualification instructions through the integration of these into the group's Quality Framework.


Promoting:

• Defining and deploying a training module with equipment and method definitions.
• Coordinating implementation, implementation, and feedback projects.
• Defining analyses, conclusions, and target standards with associated tolerances through the use of measurement data.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Engineer (M/F) in Food Technology/Process Engineering or equivalent qualification related to experience.
  • You have significant experience in production and/or development, with extensive exposure to supporting new processes, products, and packaging.
  • You have good interpersonal skills, demonstrate technical curiosity about machines and packaging, and have a taste for project management, methods, and measurements.
  • You have a good level of written and spoken English.
  • You have a strong analytical mind and are proactive. Proficient in IT and new technologies.
