Want to support engagement and inclusion at Bel? Join us as an apprentice starting September 2025 to coordinate our solidarity engagement week “Days for Good”, design and deliver our quarterly DEI events, and analyze our annual engagement survey. Real impact, a passionate team, and meaningful projects. #ForAllForGood

 

Join the Global HR “Engagement & Social Impact” team, to accelerate employee engagement and bring inclusion to life in the workplace.

  • Social Impact: Coordinate the expansion of our solidarity engagement initiatives, including the international orchestration of Days for Good (over 3,000 participants alongside partner NGOs) and the rollout of awareness tools.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in action: Build and animate our quarterly DEI events (International Women’s Day, Pride Month, World Inclusion Day, International Disabilities Day), and equip and energize our global DEI network of 150 ambassadors across 30 countries.
  • Engagement: Contribute to the analysis of the annual Your Voice engagement survey, prepare key insights, and support action planning.

 

Your Skills (acquired through personal, educational, volunteer or professional experience)

  • Project management: Able to drive a project end-to-end (planning, coordination, follow‑up).
  • Analysis & synthesis: Comfortable working with data, connecting insights from multiple sources, and producing clear takeaways.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken) to collaborate daily with international teams. French is not mandatory.
  • Curiosity and openness to social and environmental issues, with the ability to foster positive, collaborative working dynamics.
  • Organization & proactivity: You prioritize, anticipate needs, and take initiative when required.
