About the Role

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment & Corporate Services Assistant.

 

The Recruitment & Corporate Services department is also known as ''Le Booster'' and includes the following services: recruitment, company set up, visa, translation and Business Centre.

 

Duration of internship: 6 months from July 2026

 

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and Corporate Services, the Assistant Intern will be responsible for:

 

Management of incoming requests:

      Address appropriately and promptly incoming requests from companies or individuals received through the general emails.

      Whenever possible, provide them with first level of information, request for additional information when necessary, or coordinate and follow up with the relevant department.

      Act as support to the team in charge of “Le Booster” in following up queries directly, preparing documentation, organizing meetings, etc.

      Check and update the different supports used by “Le Booster” (guides, CRM database, brochures, data sheets, templates...), ensuring the highest quality of information or data.

      Follow up with our translation service department (website, information requests, data sheets) assisting vigorously in its smooth functioning.

      With regards to the Business Centre, generate & follow up on leads and renewals, assist with visits, provide market information to (re)assess the business model and make proposals on how to amend or differentiate our offering if deemed necessary.

      With regards to recruitment, participate in the selection and interview process for internal job offerings, write / translate and publish job openings, prepare the top talent newsletter. 

 

Other assignments:

      Help with operational, logistical and administrative organization of events, training, workshops or others.

      Support the team in generating new leads through events, communication and other means.

      Getting involved, as needed, in the events of the other departments of the French Chamber.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree equivalent, this internship is ideal for a third-year/fourth-year student, who already has experience of working in a company.
  • Great writing and communication skills in both English and French to liaise with our clients,
  • Great sense of contact and initiative,
  • Attentive to details, autonomous and good planning capacities,
  • Good team spirit, at ease in a multicultural environment abroad.
