About the Role

Daran wirst Du wachsen:

  • Praktikum KI & digitale Prozessoptimierung – Analyse, Automatisierung und Veränderungsprozesse in Engineering‑Projekten
  • Gestalte die Zukunft aktiv mit uns: Tauche im Rahmen eines Praktikums in die Welt der künstlichen Intelligenz und Änderungsmanagement ein und setze deine Erkenntnisse anschließend in einer praxisnahen Abschlussarbeit um 
  • Verstehe die bestehenden Kundenprozesse, analysiere Abläufe und identifiziere Ansatzpunkte, an denen KI echten Mehrwert schaffen kann und lege die Basis für wirkungsvolle Optimierungen
  • Entwickle ein Verständnis dafür, wie das Änderungsmanagement in Unternehmen funktioniert und wie man Teams sicher durch technologische Neuerungen begleitet
  • Arbeite dich in aktuelle KI‑Tools ein und lerne, sie gezielt für Analysen, Automatisierung oder kreative Problemstellungen einzusetzen — stets im Rahmen unserer Sicherheits‑ und Datenschutzrichtlinien.
  • Erarbeite eigenständig KI‑gestützte Lösungsansätze, die Prozesse vereinfachen, Entscheidungen unterstützen oder neue Potenziale eröffnen. Bring deine Ideen ein und gestalte die Zukunft unserer Projekte aktiv mit.

Damit bringst Du uns voran:

  • Eingeschriebener Student* in Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Studium im Bereich KI (z.B. Artifical Intelligence and Data Science) 
  • Begeisterung für die Automobilbranche und Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz
  • Grundkenntnisse in KI, maschinellem Lernen (ML) oder Digitalisierung sind von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Change-Management-Prozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität, Offenheit für Veränderungen und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
