About the team you are joining

IATA is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing over 320 airlines across 120 countries. Our members comprise 83% of total air traffic. IATA’s mission is to represent, lead, and serve the airline industry. IATA operates over 50 offices and 7 regional offices across the world.

We are embarking on a continuous improvement and digital transformation journey. The BORA (meaning “better” in Swahili) program aims at delivering a new ERP solution for IATA that will enable Corporate Services to deliver on their fiduciary responsibilities as well as deliver more value to the business.

This position will support the BORA Transformation Project team.

What your day would be like

Support the BORA Project team in preparing communications, presentations, and updates for different departments and business users.

Assist in organizing change‑related activities such as workshops, training sessions, and meetings.

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support alignment on deliverables and project milestones.

Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and other materials needed for project discussions and trainings.

Contribute ideas to improve how the team communicates, engages stakeholders, and supports user readiness for the new ERP.


We would love to hear from you if

You are a recent university graduate (within 1 year) in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

You have strong communication skills and enjoy preparing clear, engaging materials.

You communicate clearly, work well with others, and enjoy collaborating in a multicultural environment.

You are curious, proactive, and comfortable challenging existing ways of working to support improvement.

You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience or interest in change management, communications, or training would be an advantage.

You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
