About the Role

Are you a proactive and ambitious student looking for an exciting internship opportunity? Join the S&OP team at Rituals Head Office in Amsterdam starting September 2026! As an intern, you will play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, collaborating with sales channels (Retail, Digital, Wholesale and Travel), marketing, and innovation teams to ensure the best demand forecast for all products.

This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, work with multiple departments, improve stakeholder management skills, and deepen analytical capabilities. The dynamic environment of Rituals means that you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. We are looking for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks with ease.

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

As an intern you are highly involved in daily operations and projects and will support the creation of forecasting for Promotional activities

  • You will support the Sr. S&OP commercial planner to calculate demand volumes, data driven analyses and presentations.
  • You will work together with multiple departments to collect required business drivers and validate inputs from our business stakeholders.
  • You will analyse and review forecasting accuracy monthly in collaboration with the lines of business
  • You will work together with other stakeholders within supply chain to handover the FC volumes in order to make sure the right volumes will be purchased and replenished to the specific channels.

This leads to an exciting balance between analytical skills and stakeholder management based on strong relations. You will report to the Sr. S&OP Commercial planner and are part of the S&OP team within the Supply Chain department.

Qualifications

  • To apply for this internship you must be currently enrolled in an HBO/University study with focus on Business Economics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management;
  • You are available as of September  2026 for at least 6 months, minimum 4 days a week;
  • You have advanced experience in Excel and you are highly precise and detail-oriented;
  • You have strong stakeholder and communication management capabilities;
  • You have strong analytical, planning and organizing skills;
  • You have a good command of the English language and Dutch is a pré (spoken and written);
