Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the Learning & Development team in providing new learning formats and tools for all BMW Group employees, focusing on developing innovative E-Learning and Blended Learning formats using AI-supported authoring tools. Responsibilities also include integrating external learning platforms into the internal LMS, curating content, updating the training portfolio, and developing new qualification formats.

In der BMW Group Academy unterstützt du unser Team im Bereich Learning & Development bei der Bereitstellung von neuen Lernformaten und Tools für alle Mitarbeitenden der BMW Group.

 

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von innovativen E-Learning- und Blended-Learning-Formaten und wirkst mit beim Einsatz von KI-gestützten Autorentools.
  • Außerdem hilfst du bei der Anbindung von externen Lernplattformen in das interne Learning Management System und bei der Kuratierung von neuen Lerninhalten.
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Aktualisierung unseres Trainingsportfolios und der Weiterentwicklung internationaler Bildungsprodukte mit sowie bei der Konzeption neuer Qualifizierungsformate.
  • Zudem erhältst du die Möglichkeit, die betriebliche Weiterbildung bei BMW in ihrer Themenvielfalt kennenzulernen.

 

Was bringst du mit?

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Pädagogik, Bildungsmanagement, Medieninformatik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang.
  • Affinität für neue digitale Lernformate und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Engagement und Zielstrebigkeit.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
