Our NQRS “National Quality Risks Services” team gathers our various technical and compliance functions, each of which has a common three-part purpose: improve the quality of our work, protect the Firm's reputation and manage the risks associated with our business.

We are currently looking for a NQRS Trainee - Independence to start in January 2026.

How you'll contribute to our success

 

 

  • Working in a Business Support Service in daily contact with the business teams and worldwide Deloitte firms.
  • Supporting our business teams in ensuring that we meet our requirements in maintaining independence tools and databases.

 

 

Your skills

 

  • You are about to finish your Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Legal or Economics)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, with expertise in MS Excel.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and deadline-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills with an emphasis on detail.
  • Open to building professional working relationships with team members, engagement teams and with the Global network, demonstrating intellectual curiosity.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in French is a plus.
