Job Description

This role would be well-suited for a motivated intern with strong organizational skills, digital fluency, and an interest in learning and development, skills, or organizational topics.

Key responsibilities would include:

  • Data collection, basic analysis, and synthesis of insights
  • Creative support (structuring ideas, improving clarity and storytelling)
  • Ad-hoc coordination tasks across stakeholders and initiatives
  • Administrative and organizational support (documentation, follow-ups, task tracking)

 

Some other tasks might include:

  • Calendar optimization, meeting scheduling, and agenda preparation
  • Facilitation support for team meetings (notes, timekeeping, action tracking)
  • Preparation and editing of presentations (PowerPoint), visual materials, and summaries

Qualifications

  • Weekly 20 h across minimum 3 days a week
  • Active full-time student status (or passive under 25)
  • C1 English spoken and written (German is only nice to have)
  • Intermediate excel skills and data analytics skills
  • Strong communication style
  • Attention to detail
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Structured mindset and ability to document processes
  • Ownership mindset: able to work independently with guidance
  • Proactive approach: bringing ideas, asking questions
