About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student Company Pension Scheme (f/m/d) for our Office in Ratingen!

As a Working Student you will support our People, Culture & Communications team with the following topics:


Your Scope: 

  • You will actively support the PCC team in managing company pension schemes.
  • You will assist in processing various business transactions, such as updating employee data, handling contract changes, or clarifying contribution accounts.
  • Data evaluation and maintenance, as well as improving existing documentation and workflows will be part of your respopnisbilities.
  • You will assist with regular communication between various departments (internal and external) and help with organizational matters.
  • Furthermore you will work on developing solutions for various challenges, and we look forward to your creative input.

 

What you bring to the table: 

 

  • You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Finance & Controlling.
  • You have an interest in the administrative processes of occupational pension schemes and possess a strong business mindset.
  • You are flexible, committed, a team player, and demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • You are a quick learner with a high level of dedication and a strong service-oriented approach.
  • You have a good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
