The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Revenue Operations team, working in close collaboration with Mirakl's Sales teams globally. The Revenue Ops team is at the heart of our commercial strategy, with a core mission to optimize sales performance through data analysis and process improvement.
The team is structured into two complementary units:
  • Mirakl Marketplace Platform team, led by Xavier, focusing on our core marketplace solutions
  • New Solutions team, led by Clara, working on Mirakl's complementary product offerings
This dynamic team operates on a global scope, supporting commercial decisions across all regions, products, and verticals.

Your Impact

  • Design, maintain and automate activity reports and dashboards in partnership with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze commercial performance by region, product, and vertical, formulating actionable recommendations to drive business growth
  • Conduct market studies and sizing analyses to identify trends and prioritize commercial development opportunities
  • Enrich and optimize data quality (leads, contacts, accounts) in CRM systems using AI-powered tools to improve sales tracking accuracy
  • Train and coach Business Development, Sales, and Account Management teams on lead management tools, professional networks, and outbound strategies

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, IEP, or university
  • Available for a 12 months apprenticeship starting September 2026
  • Previous experience in finance, business analysis, consulting, or sales operations
  • First-hand experience using AI tools
Skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills and affinity for working with numbers
  • Interest in technology, software tools, and e-commerce
  • Rigorous and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Team player: You collaborate effectively and share best practices to elevate team performance
Languages
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken, C2 level required)

Compensation & Benefits

Internship Stipend: €1,200 - €1,400 per month (depending on profile)
