The Role

  • Assist with month end close and journal entry preparation 
  • Assist with month end financial reports 
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts 
  • Complete government census reports 
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor 

Schedule: 

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
  • Summer Internship

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Candidate should be a college level Junior or Senior  
  • Major or concentration in Accounting 
  • GPA of 3.5 or above 
  • High morale & integrity, willingness to learn, help and work as part of a team 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid skills with MS applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Ability to learn and use ERP system(s) One Stream, DTR and Microsoft Office applications 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
