Talent Acquisition Systems & Operations Intern – Summer 2026

 

Overview

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded intern to support the optimization of our Talent Acquisition technology and workflows, primarily within Greenhouse ATS.

This is not a traditional HR internship. We are looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, refining processes, and enhancing branded communication touchpoints throughout the candidate journey.

This role is ideal for students pursuing Information Systems, Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, or related technical disciplines who are interested in the intersection of technology, process design, and employer branding.

 

Projects You May Work On

  • Audit and optimize Greenhouse workflows for efficiency and consistency
  • Review and enhance email templates to ensure branded, engaging candidate communication
  • Improve automation logic and stage transitions
  • Identify reporting improvements and dashboard enhancements
  • Support structured interview implementation and documentation
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline scheduling and communication processes
  • Help create standardized playbooks and internal documentation

 

Must Haves

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or similar field
  • Strong systems thinking and process orientation
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly
  • Analytical mindset; enjoys identifying inefficiencies and improving them
  • Interest in automation, workflow design, or systems optimization
