We are excited to add a new HR Intern to our Human Resources team! We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, fast-learning Human Resources Intern who sees the big picture and wants to make a difference for our employees. Core Job Functions: 

1.  Assists in organization and maintenance of employee personnel files.  
2.  Internal and external communication
3.  Support the HR team on basic tasks within HR systems
4.  Timely and accurate reporting 

5. Support HR team with basic payroll, recruiting, and other HR functions. 

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university studying Human Resources, Business, or a related subject.
  • Advanced/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Writing skills a plus
  • Excellent professional demeanor
  • Minimum commitment of 10-15 hours/week
