JOB PURPOSE

 

ファッション/ラグジュアリー業界におけるTalent Acquisitionチームの一員として、
採用業務全般をオペレーション面からサポートしていただくポジションです。主にATS(採用管理システム)を中心としたデータ管理、事務業務、候補者対応を担っていただきます。採用のスピードとクオリティを支える重要な役割として、正確性・スピード・守秘性が求められます

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • 採用管理システム(ATS)への候補者情報の登録・更新・管理
  • 応募書類(履歴書・職務経歴書)の管理、データ入力
  • 面接スケジュールの調整(候補者・面接官・エージェントとの連絡)
  • 採用進捗管理、ステータス更新、レポート作成補助
  • 人材紹介会社との連絡対応、応募書類の受領・整理
  • オファー作成に関わる事務サポート(書類作成、社内申請サポート等)
  • 入社手続きに関するアドミンサポート(入社書類回収、システム登録など)
  • 採用関連資料・データの管理、ファイリング
  • その他、Talent Acquisitionチームのアドミン業務全般

※ご興味や適性に応じて、採用データ分析、KPI管理、ATS運用改善などもお任せする可能性があります。

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

事務またはアドミン業務に関心があり、将来的に実務経験を積みたい方

PCの基本操作が可能な方(Excel / Word / PowerPoint

データ入力・管理業務を正確かつ丁寧に行える方

守秘義務を理解し、情報管理を適切に行える方

社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションを心がけられる方

英語スキル(読み書きレベル)

 

※インターン期間は6か月となります
