Transaction Banking Products Intern

Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

Job Description:

•    Support the Product Department (PD) with data management and transformation;
•    Act as a business analyst for Data within TBOA-PD, working closely with the subject matter experts for performance and risk to ensure that our data capabilities can be enhanced and transformed to support the complex requirements for performance and risk calculations;
•    Problem solving, including developing and testing hypotheses, qualitative and quantitative data gathering and driving analysis to feasible solutions;
•    Work closely with the Head of Department, subject matter experts, stakeholders and users from various business groups to implement change;
•    Assist in management of information needed to monitor and provide insights to the business decision process for TBOA-PD;
•    Develop automated dashboards for performance and financial tracking;
•    Deliver insights from data to TBOA-PD.
•    Conduct research, gather necessary information for ongoing projects, and assist product manager to work out solutioning. 
•    Assist in the creation and formatting of pitch books and IOP, ensuring all materials align with branding guidelines and ensure smooth workflow and process improvements
•    Prepare and maintain MIS and product performance data for business reporting. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports, collaborate with various teams to aggregate and validate data, and support ongoing improvements in data workflows.

Job Requirements:

•    Strong interest in data management, reporting and analysis;
•    Interest in building and maintaining databases for all financial and non- financial information for products and regions;
•    Keen eye for detail, advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel);
•    Proficiency in written and spoken language is required
•    Willing and able to multi-task and deliver work under timelines and in a fast-moving environment;
•    Good initiative, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team and independently;
•    Exposure to data management and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
•    Experienced in AI tool is an advantage.
