Job Description

Responsibilities  

  • Support in investor relations events such as conferences and AGM

  • Assist in the preparation of investor relations communications materials such as slides and factsheets

  • Participate in the logistics planning for the AGM

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the investor relations database, including contact lists and information for investors and analysts

  • Assist in the quarterly reporting and tracking of peer information

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or any other related disciplines  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel  

  • Able to multi-task  

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
