About the Role

As a Business Analyst Intern at Kearney, you will work alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people for 4 - 6 months and contribute to consulting project teams as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients.

̶         Ensure the success of project workstreams by completing tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.

̶         Support in the creation of recommendations and implement co-created solutions for clients across a range of industries and service practices.

̶         Take advantage of structured on-the-job learning and development opportunities, including a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance throughout your internship.

̶         Studying the penultimate or final year of a Bachelor's degree and/or non-MBA, advanced degree within the fields of Business, Engineering, Economics or Finance.

̶         Fluent in both Spanish and English (level C1 minimum required).

 ̶         Availability to do the internship from March or April onwards and Full Time.

Interview Process

Candidates will first have to complete a test and 2 rounds of interviews, consisting of 4 interviews in total. If you are invited to first round interviews, you will receive a notice from a Kearney recruiter to start the process.
