We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Intern - 12 Months.

Job Description

• Promote and help increase awareness of internally available customer insight resources 
• Speak with teams to understand what matters to them and how to link their priorities to customer insights 
• Work with customer related data and information, drawing out clear, actionable insights 
• Support customer understanding initiatives (surveys, qualitative feedback, sentiment analysis, etc.) 
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve the customer experience 
• Create insight summaries, visualizations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders 
• Contribute to the further development of customer satisfaction programs 
• Explore approaches for estimating customer lifetime value (CLV) and related KPIs 
• Support adhoc research and analysis requests

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding customers 
• Currently studying or recently graduated 
• A solid understanding of data analysis (Excel, Power BI) and an interest in developing these skills further 
• Ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions in a simple, structured way 
• Ability to simplify information and focus on what matters most 
• A collaborative mindset and openness to working with different teams 
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative information 
• Enjoyment of exchanging ideas and exploring different perspectives
