Lucid Motors is seeking motivated and reliable Working Students to join our car sales studio in Munich. This part-time hourly based role (maximum 20 hours per week) offers a great way to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry, supporting daily operations and enhancing customer experiences.

 

The Role

  • Engage in lead generation activities both on-site and off-site
  • Support local events and assist with event coordination and lead generation
  • Ensure the studio and it’s vehicles reflect Lucid's premium standards, including cleanliness and maintenance
  • Shuttle vehicles between locations and provide pick-up and drop-off services for customers
  • Conduct test drives, sharing the excitement of driving a Lucid vehicle with potential customers
  • Assist with customer consultations and sales conversations, ensuring excellent service
  • Provide delivery support, ensuring smooth vehicle handovers

 

Qualifications

  • Passion for automotive
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Valid local driver's license required
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend work
  • Fluent communication skills in German
