You will be an intern on the Customer Care team at Back Market supporting operations for the Customer Care, Shipping & Seller Quality teams.

We act as the data intelligence hub, combining analytical expertise with operational knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and business efficiency across Back Market's global operations.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Leverage our diverse datasets to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction & optimise shipping performance

  • Support decision making by conducting focused analyses on customer experience initiatives and learning how operational decisions impact business performance

  • Assist with data requests and reporting for our stakeholders, helping track key metrics (Contact Rate, On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction) and prepare performance reports

  • Maintain monitoring tools by updating Tableau dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy for the team.

  • Develop data analysis skills while working with experienced analysts to interpret customer satisfaction & shipping metrics,translating insights into actionable recommendations

  • Actively contribute to our data model, working with our analytics engineers to enable greater self-service across our stakeholder community

  • Develop the use of LLMs & AI to capture the voice of our customers & gain insights that drive better customer service

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or STEM with specialization in data & analytics or equivalent

  • You have strong skills in data analytics, visualization and modeling, including experience with SQL & Gsheet ; ideally Tableau or DBT (Data Build Tool) too!

  • You possess a good balance of statistical/technical skills balanced with business acumen.

  • You have good communication skills and you are able to make your work accessible to a non-technical audience

  • You know how to work in autonomy

  • You like to do concrete things and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty

  • You are an amazing team player with whom it’s always a pleasure to work

  • You are fluent in English - French is a plus

  • Your current French university can provide an internship agreement

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: ℹ️

  • Starting date: July 2026

  • Duration: 6 months (until December 2026)

  • Full-time internship (35h/week - Monday to Friday)

  • Location: Bordeaux, France
