Job SummaryTo manage properly all the activities related to Booking Department

 

What will I be doing?

  • Checking bookings in the system

  • Controlling arrivals

  • Managing email correspondence

  • Support for the contact center that makes reservations

  • Supporting the departments of each hotel

  • Managing payments

  • Miscellaneous inquiries from guests (through direct channels but also extranet Booking.com and Expedia)

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

What are we looking for?  

  • Must have a very good English; other languages are preferred.   

  • Degree in Tourism or Hospitality;

  • Passionate for Hospitality and with a strong attitude to interpersonal relationships.
