Basic Function

Dar suporte aos processos de importação e exportação, alinhado com as estratégias da empresa.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acompanhar as análises e conferências das documentações de transações de importação e exportação, realizando follow-ups dos respectivos processos;
• Acompanhar os processos de desembaraço da mercadoria;
• Dar suporte para departamento de vendas com informações do mercado internacional e sobre processos de importação e exportação em andamento;
• Auxiliar na contratação de frete internacional, negociando prazos de entregas e pesquisando melhores preços visando a lucratividade para a empresa;
• Interagir com o departamento financeiro da empresa sobre os assuntos relativos a fechamento de câmbio, cobrança de custos adicionais e envio de numerários ao despachante;
• Ajudar na emissão de documentos de exportação (fatura comercial, packing list, certificado de origem etc.);
• Solicitar transporte nacional e internacional, referentes aos processos de Importação e Exportação;
• Enviar proforma invoice ao fornecedor confirmando aceite de pedido;
• Cuidar para que a qualidade dos serviços seja desenvolvida dentro dos padrões exigidos e determinados pela empresa.

Min. Qualifications

• Estar cursando ensino superior em Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;
• Inglês nível avançado;
• Conhecimentos de informática, pacote Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Desejável experiência em despachantes aduaneiros;
• Desejável espanhol intermediário.
