About the Role

Nous recherchons un.e stagiaire Commercial.e  RHD – Paris , qui rejoindra l’équipe Commerciale de Bolton Food et participera activement au développement de nos marques Saupiquet Restauration et Rio Mare sur le circuit RHD.

 

Intégré.e au service Commercial et rattachée au Responsable National RHD & Export, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement du chiffre d’affaires et de la pénétration clients sur les circuits de la restauration collective et commerciale.

 

Mission 100 % terrain

 

Vous aurez pour missions de :

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients
  • Présenter et valoriser nos gammes RHD (Saupiquet Restauration, Rio Mare)
  • Former et sensibiliser les clients aux produits (usages, recettes…)
  • Convaincre et engager des commandes auprès des acteurs de la restauration collective et commerciale
  • Accompagner les commerciaux partenaires lors des visites clients
  • Être force de propositions dans l’argumentaire et l’approche client
  • Réaliser un reporting régulier de votre activité et gains de performances

 

Votre équipe : 

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable National RHD & Export, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration dans une équipe de 4 collaborateurs dont 3 commerciaux.

 

Votre profil :

  • Formation : Vous êtes étudiant.e en Bac +3 à Bac + 5 avec une spécialisation en vente et négociation

 

Compétences requises :

  • Sens de la vente et de la négociation, avec capacité à persuader et convaincre
  • Aisance relationnelle, dont un goût prononcé pour le contact client et le terrain
  • Force de proposition et sens de l’opportunité
  • Rigueur et curiosité
  • Intérêt pour l’univers de l’alimentaire et de la restauration (sensibilité GMS ou RHD appréciée)
  • Une aisance sur Excel est un plus

We are looking for a Food Service Sales trainee to join the Bolton Food Sales team and actively contribute to the development of our Saupiquet Restauration and Rio Mare brands in the food service channel.

 

Integrated into the Sales department and reporting to the National Food Service & Export Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer penetration in both collective and commercial food service channels.

 

100% Field-Based Missions

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting new clients
  • Presenting and promoting our Food Service product ranges (Saupiquet Restauration, Rio Mare)
  • Training and advising clients on product usage and recipes
  • Convincing clients and securing orders within collective and commercial food service
  • Supporting partner sales representatives during client visits
  • Contributing ideas to improve sales approaches and client engagement
  • Providing regular reporting on activities and performance gains

 

Your team:
Reporting to the National RHD & Export Manager, you will work closely within a team of 4, including 3 sales representatives.

 

Your profile:

  • Education: Students pursuing a Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Sales, Marketing, or Negotiation

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and convince
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for client contact and fieldwork
  • Proactive and opportunity-driven mindset
  • Detail-oriented and curious
  • Interest in the food and catering industry (FMCG or Foodservice experience is a plus)
  • Excel proficiency is an advantage
