Role: Apprentice FP&A

Location: Barcelona

Our Finance internships offer a unique opportunity to launch your career as you’ll get immersed in our globally diverse organization, develop your skills and build your professional network. As a dsm-firmenich apprentice, you’ll spend one year learning about a worldwide growing and transforming industry and gaining invaluable experience working.

Your responsabilites:

You’ll gain experience working on end-to-end projects and performing “live” finance activities based on the needs and requirements of the Business. Being caring, courageous and collaborative, you’ll bring ideas to propel our thinking and drive to set our pace.  

You’ll have the capacity to build your professional network and participate in training sessions, team-building activities. You’ll interact with senior management, business leaders, and our global finance organization. You’ll also tour our facilities and gain insight into neighbouring departments, such as marketing, R&D and Manufacturing. At the end of our program, you will be a young professional with:

• Solid experience in both finance and project management

You bring:

• Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with additional business qualification
• Gained already a first experience through apprenticeship, business specific preferably, international internships, or studies abroad
• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the relevant technology skills (e.g. MS-Office, BI systems, Powerpoint)
• Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken as it is our working language.
