Job Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition activities, including job posting, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. This role will also assist with onboarding processes, employee record management, and general HR administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working across a variety of HR systems and digital tools.

What You’ll Do…

  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition 
    • Post open positions across internal and external job boards in alignment with recruitment workflows and timelines.
    • Review incoming candidate applications and resumes, screening for minimum qualifications, and referring top candidates to hiring managers.
    • Assist with coordinating interviews, including scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, sending calendar invitations, and preparing documentation.
    • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Support the maintenance and accuracy of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records.
    • Help draft, update, and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
    • Participating in ATS implementation project.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Support

    • Assist in developing and executing world class onboarding for new hires.
    • Coordinate orientation logistics, such as scheduling sessions, preparing badges/materials, and notifying internal stakeholders.
    • Support I9 documentation processes and other compliance-related onboarding tasks under HR supervision.
  • HR Systems & Administrative Support

    • Work within various HR platforms, including applicant tracking systems, onboarding systems, HRIS and assist in evaluating new solutions.
    • Help maintain accurate and organized digital employee files and recruitment documentation.
    • Generate basic reports or dashboards as needed to support HR metrics and process improvements.
    • Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including scheduling, data collection file management, creating templates, and supporting ongoing HR projects.

What You’ll Bring…

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, ora related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruiting, and employee experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Abilityto manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Interest inworking in HR systems and software(e.g., ATS, HRIS, digital onboarding platforms).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) or similar productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
