Position Summary  

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern based at our Montreal Location to join our Human Resources (HR) team from May 2026 to August 2026. This role will be responsible supporting the team on various HR projects and on operational activities. This position is an existing vacancy.  

 

A day in the life of a Human Resources Intern 

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be working on various projects and gain hands-on practical experience to build your business acumen and develop your HR skills.

 

You will also: 

  • Provide full range of administrative and technical support to Human Resources team. 

  • Support driving process improvements to current HR processes and practices (e.g. recruitment, onboarding process) 

  • Assist in the Design and Development of Training Programs 

  • Support Training Delivery 

  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness 

  • Maintain Learning Materials

As the successful candidate, you will be the champion for the brand throughout the organisation so you will need to be passionate, results focused and really enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You are a team player who wants to make a difference, by inspiring people around them.  

 

 You will also: 

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Human Resources program or business-related discipline. 

  • A results and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Assertive, well-organized with the ability to adapt to change. 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must. 

  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively across all functions and levels. 

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. 

  • Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel). 

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
