Are you an experienced X-Ray Technologist looking for a new career direction? Women's Imaging Specialists is offering a paid training pathway into Mammography with guaranteed employment upon completion. Once certified, our Mammography Techs earn competitive annual pay. Women's Imaging Specialists is a leading provider in the healthcare industry, specializing in comprehensive 2D/3D Breast Imaging services in the Southeast. Our mission is to focus on early screening and detection of breast cancer and osteoporosis through advanced digital mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone densitometry services. We currently have 15 site locations in GA and AL.

Summary

We are seeking ARRT certified Radiology Techs that have an interest and passion to enter into a Mammography Tech role with us full time.

· Paid training program with structured mentorship (ARRT-recognized pathway)

· Guaranteed job placement as a Mammography Technologist upon certification with a 2 year commitment to Women's Imaging Specialists.

· Competitive pay while training

· Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k) after 60 days, 401k after 6 months.

· Outpatient centers only — no nights, no weekends, no hospital on- call

  • Qualifications
  • Full interest and commitment to completing training program
  • ARRT certification is required and desire to complete Mammo Exam
  • BLS certification
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic radiology.
  • Experience in medical imaging techniques
  • Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
