About the Role

Alternance - Assistant Demand Planner – Export H/F - Septembre 2026

Quelle est la mission ?

 

Au sein de l’équipe Export (Scandinavie, Méditerranée, Afrique et Europe Centrale), vous assisterez l'équipe Demand Planning sur les prévisions des demandes clients sur nos marques Skincare (Shiseido et Drunk Elephant), Parfum (MaxMara, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Zadig et Voltaire, Serge Lutens) et Make-up (NARS).

 

Quelles sont les activités principales ?

 

  • Participation à l'élaboration du forecast ;
  • Mise à jour des rapports de disponibilité : identifier/communiquer les ruptures et risques de rupture et chercher les informations de retour de stock ;
  • Aider à la priorisation des libérations et allocations de produits : aider l'équipe Demand Planning et le directeur commercial à piloter la priorisation des libérations de produits et gérer les allocations en fonction des besoins ;
  • Collecter les informations du marketing : Collaborer avec le marketing pour collecter les informations de marché pour comprendre l’évolution des ventes (évolution du marché, tendance de produit, impact média) et les utiliser pour améliorer la prévision ;
  • Collecter les informations des équipes commerciales pour optimiser la prévision ;
  • Amélioration des processus et outils : Participer à l’amélioration de nos process et outils.

 

Que recherchons-nous ?

 

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en Supply Chain ;
  • Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience (stage, alternance) sur un poste similaire et savez identifier et résoudre les problématiques rencontrées ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), force de proposition, motivé(e), et avec une grande ouverture d’esprit ;
  • Vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité et d’un bon esprit de synthèse ;
  • Vous aimez travailler en collaboration avec différents départements de l’entreprise, en particulier les équipes commerciales et marketing ;
  • Vous maîtrisez Excel ;
  • La maitrise courante de l’anglais est indispensable.
