About the Role
Your mission
As a Working Student in HR, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of people management at Rail-Flow!
- Employee Support & Lifecycle: Support across the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, employee support, offboarding)
- Event & Project Coordination: Assist in organizing trainings, events, and internal HR projects
- Data Management: Support in maintaining and managing HR data and personnel files
- Applicant Management: Assist with applicant management, including screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Contracts & Documentation: Prepare contract documents, certificates, and other HR-related documentation
- Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct research and analyses on HR trends and best practices
Your profile
- Studies: Currently enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience: Some initial practical experience, ideally gained through internships or working student roles
- Passion for HR: Genuine interest in Human Resources and motivation to grow in a dynamic startup environment
- Organizational skills: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a general affinity for digital tools
