The Protégés training program at Mark Pardo SalonSpa is designed to cultivate the newest and most promising talent for our salons. We believe that education is the cornerstone of our success, and we highly value our Protégés' capacity to absorb knowledge and evolve.


Through the Protégés program, stylists transition to working independently, yet with ample support. By engaging directly with guests and having the opportunity to consult with a trainer, our Protégés enhance their skills, build confidence, and expand their client base, all within the context of a real-world salon environment and while embracing the Mark Pardo culture and standards.

Requirements

  • Soon to be graduate/recent graduate in the process of obtaining a cosmetology license or fully licensed hairstylist.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be continually learning and seeking education to grow skills and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Experience with Aveda products is not required.
  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, and evenings and weekend schedules will be required.
