Internship Duration: June 1 – End of August approximately.

Location: On-site – 21 Storey Ave., Newburyport, MA

Employment Type: Full-time Internship (40 hours per week) – Flexibility can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.


Job Summary

The Loan Servicing Intern supports the Loan Servicing staff through customer outreach, data entry, scanning, and assistance with special projects.


Requirements

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage incoming insurance policies for Pentucket Bank by inputting insurance information into Horizon XE and scanning documents to FIS Content Management.
  • Perform outreach to obtain current insurance information for expired policies, as well as input in Horizon XE and scanning documents to FIS Content Management
  • Review HELOC conversions and perform customer outreach for $0 balance loans.
  • Review Returned Mail Report daily and perform customer outreach to obtain updated information.
  • Process GL transactions related to Lending Club on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Complete special projects to prepare Rollstone Bank for conversion to River Run standards, and/or other projects as needed.
  • Performs additional duties, as directed by management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education

  • High School Diploma
  • Course-work related to Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
