About the Role

 

Job Summary

Americas Residential, a division of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Representative Intern to work in our Mooresville, North Carolina Office. This role will offer you the opportunity to be a part of a global company and a market leader in faucets, fixtures, and locks. We are looking for an enthusiastic achiever interested in supporting our outside sales team. Must be available to work onsite in our Mooresville office 5 days a week.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Communicate proactively with National Account Field Sales teams to provide information, resolve request, and support day-to-day sales operations.
  • Create, refine, and maintain sales reports working with our Customer Excellence Team to support strategic planning and field sales performance.
  • Provide timely daily and weekly support to Pro Wholesale and Integration partners, ensuring accurate information and responsive service.
  • Attend off-site partner visits with both Pro Retail and Pro Security/Wholesale Partners
  • Assist with pricing management, including updates, implementation and follow-through across systems and sales channels.
  • Support Sales and Marketing initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating requests, and assisting with campaign execution.
  • Work with our finance team contributing to PCR (Price Change Request) development by assisting with documentation, tracking and process coordination.

 

Education and Experience

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with an initiative-taking and positive attitude.
  • Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM’s and Excel, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and clear documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn enterprise data platforms, reporting standards, and data governance practices.

 

Work Environment

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be available to work in our Mooresville, NC office 5 days per week.
