Program Structure:

• Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
• Location: Hybrid-3 days in Mequon office, 2 days remote
• Start Date: May 2026

What We’re Looking For:

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience:

• Accounting or Finance major with multiple related courses completed toward major.
• Strong attention to details, accuracy, and reliability.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Oracle experience.

What You’ll Focus On:

• Heavy transactional work processing invoices in compliance with AP policies and procedures. 
• Communication with external suppliers via email and phone to provide updates on invoice status.
• Develop a general understanding of the accounting or financial processes.
• Document and improve processes.
• Create specific reports and complete special projects.
