Role Overview
Are you a data storyteller who is curious about how the world’s leading companies win the race for top talent? As a Recruiting Analytics Intern, you will sit at the intersection of high-level strategy and deep-dive analytics.
In this role, you won't just report on the past—you will identify the future. You will analyze complex datasets to uncover competitive opportunities that strengthen our global talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Data Exploration: Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and competitive "blind spots."
Tool Utilization: Gather and validate market data using external Competitive Intelligence platforms and labor market tools.
Visual Design: Build and maintain interactive visualizations to communicate strategic insights effectively.
Actionable Insights & Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and stay aligned with broader business goals. Create executive-ready summaries.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree (May 2027 or May 2028 expected graduation date) in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity for "the why" behind the numbers and a high degree of patience when working with large, complex datasets.
Communication: Exceptional ability to turn data into a compelling narrative for a variety of audiences.
Strategic Interest: A genuine interest in talent strategy, workforce analytics, & familiarity with AI tools & applying them to business and people operations
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Technical Foundations: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas); familiarity with SQL, Tableau or Python is a significant plus.
Summer 2026 Internship Dates:
GROUP 1: May 18 - Aug 7th
GROUP 2: June 1 - Aug 21st
GROUP 3: June 15 - Sep 4th
