The Business Intern will gain hands-on experience and learn about the different aspects of our organization through exposure to multiple departments, with opportunities tailored to your degree and interests. You will work directly with team members across Sales, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Finance, and Marketing to gain experience in a variety of business functions and projects. Additionally, you will develop an understanding of how departments collaborate to support overall business operations and drive company success. “A day in the life of the Business Intern looks like:”

• Work on real projects with teams in Sales, Operations, HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing
• Help track data, run reports, and learn how business decisions are made
• Sit in on meetings and job shadow to see how different departments operate
• Help create presentations, communications, and internal materials
• Research ideas and share recommendations with the team
• Assist with company events and community involvement activities
• Assists with other related duties as assigned.

What does it take to be the Business Intern?

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED and currently in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Marketing,  Human Resources, Finance, or a related field at an accredited college. 
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
• Detail- oriented and organized
• Eagerness to learn and ask questions
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with occasional evening or weekend events
