Description

We’re looking for a visually sharp, detail-obsessed designer who understands that great digital creative starts with strong layout, typography, and concept.

Motion and 3D are tools — but design thinking comes first.
If you care about hierarchy, composition, type, color, and compelling visuals that feel intentional and elevated, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design compelling ads for omnichannel campaigns
  • Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, visually strong layouts
  • Establish typography systems, hierarchy, and clear visual structure across formats
  • Adapt campaign concepts across multiple sizes, mobile and DOOH, while maintaining visual integrity
  • Collaborate with motion and 3D teams to enhance your designs when needed
  • Work closely with strategists and developers to ensure the creative performs as beautifully as it looks
  • Prepare organized, production-ready files for handoff
  • Participate in creative critiques and contribute ideas early in the concepting process

Who You Are

  • A current student or recent grad in Design or a related field
  • Strong foundation in layout, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Curious about motion and 3D, but grounded in core visual design principles
  • Able to balance creativity with clarity and brand consistency
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow
  • High personal standards and, most importantly, a collaborative mindset

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience creating live digital campaigns
  • A deep understanding of visual design within performance marketing
  • Exposure to motion and 3D workflows as collaborative extensions of your work
  • Mentorship from senior designers and art directors focused on craft and execution and your professional development
  • Portfolio-ready projects grounded in real client objectives
  • Insight into how strong design translates across formats and platforms
