Job Summary: The Premium Seating Ticketing Intern will assist with the day-to-day operations of Premium Seating, including client engagement, CRM management, ticketing operations, event execution and game-day support. This position will contribute to membership experience initiatives, premium hospitality operations and sales support efforts across suites, clubs and related premium spaces.
Duration: This is a seasonal internship running June 2026 through February 2027 (exact start date to be determined).
Duties & Responsibilities
Supports Premium Membership & Game Day Operations by:
- Owning and enhancing the 5280 Room membership experience
- Executing game day and third-party event (3PE) experiences
- Hosting the 5280 Room on game days and 3PE events
- Preparing suites and clubs leading up to event day in partnership with engineering, housekeeping, facilities and sponsorship departments
- Assisting with client drop-offs, stadium visits and alumni suite visits
- Preparing and distributing pre-game field passes for Club 1977, 5280 Room members and suite holders
- Supporting Breckenridge Bourbon Club, United Club and STM game day experiences and gifting
Supports CRM & Client Engagement Initiatives by:
- Executing CRM campaigns including onboarding, renewal and 3PE sales campaigns
- Performing CRM data entry and maintaining accurate client profiles
- Organizing client contract information for Premium Products and United Club
- Assisting with end-of-season client reviews
- Managing KBYG communications for premium products
- Maintaining invitation organization and event record keeping
- Identifying sales and upgrade opportunities for the team
- Prospecting at events with the sales team to help drive business
Assists with Ticketing Operations & Event Planning by:
- Building suites and events within the ticketing platform (Archtics)
- Supporting merchandise and autograph item inventory management
- Assisting with single game suite and half-season suite communication between sales and catering
- Supporting vendor research and event logistics
- Providing meeting support for leadership, including building decks and assisting with presentations
- Assisting sales team with hosting prospecting suites and single-game suites
Supports Strategic & Administrative Initiatives by:
- Assisting with year-round engagement calendar execution for Premium, Club and STM
- Supporting campaign execution including end-of-building extensions
- Providing event support and CRM documentation
- Assisting with away game trips as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Working towards or completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Experience working in an office environment
- Ability to work all home Broncos games, stadium events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule
Preferred Skills & Ability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prior sales experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior experience with Ticketing Software, Microsoft Office, CRM Systems, Sales Enablement Programs
- Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization skills
- Self-motivated and solutions oriented
- Willing to learn, create and have a desire to succeed
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $19.29/hour.
