For our Milan Office we are looking for an Intern in Inside Sales (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible (6 Months period).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Inside Sales by fulfilling tasks such as Balance Confirmation, A/R Follow-up, Customer Registration, Credit Limit Registration, etc.
  • Support the Customer Development
  • Perform Cold Calls
  • Support Sample Release
  • Create Summaries for general Market News and Trends

 

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

  • Safe handling of MS Office programs
  • Fluent in English and Italian; Knowledge of Korean is optional
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Structured, self-dependent, solution-oriented and precise way of working
