Job Description

Document Management System

  • Assisting Process Owners in Identifying and Reviewing existing documents (SOPs, GDLs, WIs, Forms)
  • Watermarking of newly registered documents
  • Review of aging items/concerns
  • Assisting QSP in reviewing and following up aging concerns
  • Support in preparation of 3rd party audit

Qualifications

  • Must be a student currently enrolled in a college/university studying BS Industrial Engineering.
  • At least on its penultimate year
  • Enrolled in an internship subject
  • With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
  • Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
