As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with the Brokerage Product team to support the development and optimization of trading features across equities, ETFs, and options. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused. You won’t just sit in meetings, you’ll work with real trading data, write SQL queries, contribute to PRDs, and help measure feature performance. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a modern fintech brokerage builds discovery tools, pricing models, trading workflows, and analytics dashboards. You’ll learn how product decisions are driven by user behavior, market trends, and business impact while developing practical skills in structured thinking, data analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about financial markets, enjoys solving problems with data, and wants to experience what it takes to ship real trading products in a fast-paced environment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs and industry trends (equities, ETFs, options, brokerage features).</li><li>Assist in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.</li><li>Support product analytics by:<br>Writing basic SQL queries to extract and analyze trading/user data.<br>Using tools like Pendo to track feature adoption, user engagement, and funnel performance.</li><li>Assist in building dashboards and performance reports to evaluate feature impact.</li><li>Collaborate with design and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.</li><li>Participate in product reviews, UAT testing, and feedback sessions.</li><li>Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders.</li><li>Support ad-hoc product, analytics, and operational tasks as needed.<br><strong><br></strong></li></ul><div><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br></strong></div><ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, aggregations).</li><li>Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo (or similar tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).</li><li>Basic understanding of brokerage, stock markets, ETFs, or trading products (personal investing/trading experience is a plus).</li><li>Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Google Suite.</li><li>Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.</li><li>Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<br><br></li></ul><div><strong>Come As You Are</strong></div><div>At Syfe, we believe in the power of diversity and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and innovative environment for all our employees.
