About the Team

Our Finance team is the financial backbone of the Bank, responsible for ensuring robust financial health and optimizing our internal operations. We are a team that loves to Stay Curious, constantly digging, questioning, and experimenting with new technologies to build what doesn't exist yet in traditional finance. What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will gain hands-on experience in digital bank finance while driving our digital transformation. You will Own The Mission by analyzing workflows and championing automation and AI tools to deliver a lasting impact on our operations.

• Support day to day deliverables, daily reconciliations, month-end close, AP/AR processing, variance analysis, and management reporting.

• Assist in the preparation daily and monthly regulatory submission and support the monitoring and analysis of financial and regulatory metrics.

• Map existing finance workflows and build automations to eliminate manual bottlenecks and structure data effectively.

• Research GenAI tools for finance, run proof-of-concept trials, and create data visualization dashboards (Tableau) to unlock insights.

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field. 

• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and financial principles.

• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a high capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies and fast-paced environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, complex formulas).

• Keen interest in and basic understanding of AI, GenAI tools (e.g.,Gemini ) and how they apply to business.
