Job Description:

  • Collect, validate, and analyze data related to agency incentive programs; prepare regular reports and visual presentations for management.

  • Monitor incentive performance, identify trends and gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve achievement.

  • Support incentive program execution, including reward processing, quality control, and coordination with Finance, IT, and Sales teams.

  • Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies, and manage administrative tasks including submissions to regulators (AAJI/AASI).

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate from any major

  • Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area

  • Committed to do 6 months internship period

  • Likes to work on administrative tasks

  • Computer skill: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel

  • Good communication skill

  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented and inter-personal skill

  • Willing to learn and work
