About the Role

Italy Medical Performance Analysis Internship | Start date: April | 6 months | Milan

For our Milan office, Amplifon is looking for a talented individual to join our Italy Medical Field & Performance Team. The role involves supporting data analysis, developing insightful reports and impactful presentations to help interpret trends and communicate results effectively. This position is part of the Medical Division, which fosters scientific dialogue between the medical community and the Amplifon network to ensure high-quality hearing care.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. 

 

You’ll be in charge of: 

  • Analyzing data and supporting the production of periodic reports by creating dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced Excel models.
  • Preparing presentations and management reports using PowerPoint to effectively communicate results to management.
  • Assisting the manager in monitoring KPIs and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

 

You are the right person if you: 

  • Have a Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
  • Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (advanced use of complex formulas, pivot tables, structured data analysis), knowledge of PowerBI is nice to have
  • Speak Italian fluently and have a good command of English

  • Have a strong team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively, engage in constructive dialogue, share ideas, support colleagues, and actively contribute to common goals

  • Have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow professionally within a dynamic and stimulating environment

  • Are motivated, resourceful, and curious, eager to integrate into a dynamic team and make a concrete contribution from day one
