Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of office administration, including reception and front desk operations management, office supplies coordination, documentation and correspondence handling.

  • Provide support with additional administrative tasks as required, responding to ad‑hoc office needs and assisting with general administrative activities to support the effective day‑to‑day functioning of the office.

  • Consistently deliver on multiple commitments.

  • Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams.

  • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments.

  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters. 

  • Adapt your communication style to suit the situation and audience

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

The following skills and personality traits are essential for potential candidates:

  • Bachelor degree (recent graduate) or equivalent 

  • Fluent in spoken and written Albanian & English (other  languages would be an advantage) 

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and presentation tools 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Efficient administration and organization skills 

  • Flexible, self starter, detail oriented with  strong commitment to accuracy 

  • A team player who is able to work under minimal supervision 

  • Multi tasking while maintaining priorities
