Join the APM Terminals Design Team at Maersk, where we design and shape digital applications used across our global terminal operations. Our team works on both improving existing products and building new, innovative solutions that support our customers and internal teams.
As a UX Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and interesting products. These include systems for managing internal operations, terminal cranes, monitoring assets, truck appointment platforms that allow customers to book access to terminals, and new digital products where we explore the use of AI to bring innovation into the logistics industry.
This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who is finishing their studies or someone looking to gain experience in a large, international organization. You’ll join an ambitious, collaborative team with an agile mindset and a strong focus on learning and growth.

What we are looking for

- Curious about technology, digital products, and user-centered design
Required
Experience using Figma (mandatory)
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Miro
- Familiarity with agile ways of working
What you will do as a UX Intern
- Support UX designers in research, ideation, and design activities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine solutions
- Help maintain and evolve design systems and documentation
- Contribute ideas to improve existing products and explore new concepts
Location
We work in a hybrid setup and go to the office 2 days per week.
