Responsibilities also include assisting with the organization and follow-up of Assessment/Development Centers and creating communication materials in German and English.

About the Role

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit an internationalen, strategischen Projekten aus den Bereichen Führungskräfteentwicklung sowie des globalen Talent Managements
  • Mitarbeit im Themenbereich Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Projektaufgaben
  • Selbstständige Übernahme von Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie Arbeit an der Schnittstelle zu unseren HR Business Partnern weltweit und unseren externen Partnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Assessment/Development Centern
  • Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien in deutscher und englischer Sprache für nationale und internationale Festo Standorte sowie interne Kunden, Teilnehmer und Führungskräfte
  • Mitarbeit an Auswertungen und Analysen z.B. zu KPIs Führungskräfteentwicklung
  • Übernahme von Teilprojekten innerhalb unseres Teams - Individuelle Schwerpunktsetzung im Laufe des Praktikums anhand der eigenen Fähigkeiten und Präferenzen möglich

 

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-/Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal), Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren sozialwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Bereits erste Praxiserfahrung in Form eines Praktikums oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fundierte Anwender-Kenntnisse in den MS Office Produkten
  • Begeisterung für konzeptionelle und operative Personalarbeit sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Engagement und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
